I’ve been working out with Michelle for about 10 years. During that time, I have dealt with various forms of chronic back pain, as well as personal setbacks; work-related, relationship-related, I have lost 20 pounds and gained 30… you name it. Through all of the ups and downs I faced, Michelle has been a constant source of encouragement and stability. She has always altered our workouts to fit my physical capabilities and has always pushed me to go beyond what I thought I could do. I look forward to the next 10 years!
