Michelle is a fabulous trainer and I can’t say enough good things about her! I started working with her more than 6 years ago after having gone through major back surgery. Michelle has always been sensitive to my particular physical challenges, and at the same time has helped me to work on building strength, flexibility, endurance, greater balance, and better posture. Every workout is a little different and we have great conversations in between reps. I’m so grateful for her care and attention to keeping me fit and active.
