About Core Fitness
One size does not fit all – there is no one right way to get fit or to be fit. That’s why I’m committed to supporting my clients achieve their goals, whether they are recovering from injuries, looking to gain strength, increase flexibility, lose weight, maintain their active lifestyle, or improve their overall health. I believe that exercise should fit into your daily life, and shouldn’t be a chore or torture. I get to know my clients’ goals and lifestyles, and design individual workouts suited to them. Workouts should not only be challenging, but also attainable and fun.
Over the past 20+ years of my career as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, I’ve been privileged enough to work with individuals from all walks of life, and all fitness ranges, corporations looking to give their employees access to classes, athletes, moms-to-be, new moms, people scared to get back into working out after a long absence, those who run marathons for breakfast, and everyone in between. If any of this resonates with you, I look forward to speaking with you about how we can work together to achieve your goals.
