Before I met Michelle I wasn’t really a gym person and I never took group fitness classes. I spent most of my spare time in dance studios rehearsing choreography and my gym experience was minimal and always solo. One day I ran into Michelle at our local gym and she said “Anne, you need to work on your arms”. Well, that’s when I started attending Michelle’s Body Blast classes. It was a first and totally changed my idea of fitness and personal strength.
I found I loved lifting weights, doing squats and above all, the enthusiasm and direction of Michelle’s technique. Michelle utilizes an overall workout experience which is precise and balanced from top to bottom. Michelle is also an excellent personal trainer; highly motivational, individualized and thorough with an expectation that you can succeed.

I’ve been working out with Michelle for about 10 years. Michelle is a fabulous trainer and I can’t say enough good things about her! I started working with her more than 6 years ago after having gone through major back surgery. Michelle has always been sensitive to my particular physical challenges, and at the same time has helped me to work on building strength, flexibility, endurance, greater balance, and better posture.
